Did Glenda Cleveland live next to Jeffrey Dahmer?

Glenda Cleveland (born February 16, 1955) was 36 years old when the crimes of Milwaukee serial killer/cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer were revealed.
Between 1991 and 1999, she was frequently in the headlines as Jeff’s neighbor. In 2022, when Netflix broadcast the series “Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story,” Glenda again became a topic of debate.
She was a strong woman who tried to do her part by informing the Milwaukee Police about her neighbor, Jeff’s, wrongdoings, but was ignored since she was African-American. There was one incident in which a youngster named Konerak Sinthasomphone escaped from Dahmer and was discovered by Glenda, who subsequently called the police.
Three officers arrived on the scene: Richard Porubcan, John Balcerzak, and Joseph Gabrish; they escorted Konerak back to Dahmer, but the latter told them that Sinthasomphone was his boyfriend. The homophobic/corrupt American cops did nothing to authenticate Koneak’s identity, and they also did not check to see if Dahmer was telling the truth. Unfortunately, Jeffrey murdered the 14-year-old innocent Laotian American and most likely ate his heart that day.
Did Glenda Cleveland live next to Jeffrey Dahmer?
Glenda Cleveland was not Jeffrey Dahmer’s next-door neighbor, as shown in the series. Instead, she lived in a different building next to Dahmer’s Oxford Apartments. In the TV episode, Cleveland can be seen making multiple attempts to stop Dahmer from committing terrible acts.
